Recording and service fees for the Recorder are set by the Ohio State General Assembly.
Effective October 17, 2019, Ohio House Bill 166 increased the cost of recording fees.
Half of all recording fees collected are required to be submitted to the state to the credit of the Ohio Housing Trust Fund
