Effective April 1^st, 2025 the Putnam County Recorder’s Office will be updating their recording fees from $34.00 to $39.00 for most documents.

The additional $5.00 surcharge is to support the preservation and digitization of documents and ongoing costs incurred by the county recorder’s office.
